Meet the team
We’re a small but very friendly team at Glossop and we build long term relationships with our clients.
Helen Duncan
Officially the boss, as Helen set the business up in 1996, but she’s also the writer in the company and writes brochures, leaflets, websites and case studies for our client’s work. Usually upbeat and with a smile on her face, she’s passionate about her business as well as her clients’ businesses.
Martin Duncan
Martin is our sales director. He’s full of ideas and is never happier than trying to come up with ways to help your business thrive. Martin also leads on the web side of things for us! He’s originally from Brighton and talks very fast.
Callie Nicholls
Callie is really the boss in Glossop. If you are looking for design and print, she’s your girl. She’s very friendly and efficient. We get lots of accolades about Callie!
Kim Waterhouse
Kim is our sales and marketing executive. She’s very enthusiastic and bubbly, but don’t let that fool you! She’s also very organised and efficient, so you’ll know your work is safe in her hands. Kim is getting married in 2010 so is very giddy!
Rob Jenkins
Rob is a talented graphic designer and works closely with Callie on our design and print projects. He also works with Dan on our website designs.
Dan Collins
Dan is our web designer and technical guru. He builds all our websites and works closely with Rob and Kim on web and email marketing campaigns. He’s also our champion tea drinker in the office!
Marj Hayes
Marj is our efficient finance administrator. She works two days a week and manages to keep all our invoicing up to date, no mean feat – what would we do without her?
Pippin
Pippin is a very important member of the team and yes he’s a dog! Everyone who comes to the office will know Pippin as he meets and greets everyone. We call him the stress manager as he’s a very good listener!
